  • What's included in the free consultation?
    We offer free initial consultation to discuss your project and the services that we can provide. Following this consultation we will be able to provide you with a fee proposal that will outline our pricing and an estimated timeline for the completion of your project.
  • How long will it take ?
    This is a common question and unfortunately cannot be precisely answered. A lot of factors determine the approval time, the type, size and location of the project, Council and other Authority referral requirements, additional studies requested and internal assessment processes of Council.
  • What's services are included?
    This may vary depending on the type of project. Typically for a Development Application, CDC and Construction Certificate Application the following is included. Project and Planning Legislation Research. Sourcing and managing other consultants and reviewing their reports/plans. Completion of Planning Reports to accompany the Application eg. Statement of Environmental Effects. Completion and submission of documentation to the NSW Planning Portal. Council fees in your proposal may not be known until lodgement of your application but may be estimated.
  • How much will it cost?
    The scope and complexity of the project, Council requirements, other consultant fees and drafting requirements are all factors in determining the cost of preparing your application.
